I brush after every meal and the reason is I recently had to have a tooth pulled (it was loose because of gum disease) I use to only do it just once in the evening. I learned my lesson the hard way. |

absolutely. after breakfast, after lunch, and before bed. i rinse with water after everything i eat-even if it just a cookie. i was not like this before and got a major cavity on my bottom back molar and had to have it pulled. the trauma from that taught me to brush like i was told to begin with!! |
