Not a lot if nutritious these days.
But I see no harm in drinking the broth. |

You're probably better off not eating it (although you can) because it's full of MSG so super high in sodium and will definitely dehydrate you, especially since you're body isn't used to it. |

you eat everything. |

It's NOT very nutritious, but it's very refreshing.

Yes, that is why its called, "soup". |
|

 |
as tempting as it is... I think you should just eat the noodles because it soaks up the soup as you eat it. |
|

Ashley
 |
I just eat the noodles. I just put the broth stuff in it because it gives the noodles flavor, but I don't drink it. That's kinda gross. |
|

Boy
|
i eat it different each time... |

I'd like to know too. xD But when I eat Ramen, I only eat the noodles (I dip it around in the water so it has some taste.). I don't drink the water. It's too salty and it has too much msg n stuff. x] |

Well it is very tasty but its acually very unhealthy the powder in the soup is concentraded in the water and when you drink the liquid you drink all that sodium too that was inside the powder and the noodles. But id rather not drink the soup though >_O( and that sodium is extremely bad for you because it reduces calcium in your bones) |

I leave the noodles and the broth. I just eat the wrapper that it comes in. |
|

<3
|
haha I eat everything xD
When I was younger we use to eat the pasta just right out of the package and take the seasoning and just add it on the pasta and eat it like that, it's so good (and yeahhhhhh not cooked)!
hahah |

The "soup" is water. The stuff in the soup is the chemicals that comes in that small foil packet.
I usually paste the noodles on the wall, drink the water, and throw out the chemicals. |

It has about two years worth of salt in it... |

I have heard that the soup may give you hair loss or cancer. I suggest you to not drink the soup. |

I cook the noodles then drain the water so that it's just noodles. I don't even leave the "soup" part in there. I wasn't taught to do it like that and it really sounds kinda gross. |
