bob is right, i read in the book "my sexpert opinion" and the "kama sutra by vatsyayana" that the best aphrodisiac is a well balance diet, and proper exercise(not athletic). Libido is primarily in the mind.
However if someone is already so much exposed to the most alluring sex object, they get immune by it. Familiarity breeds boredom.
Additionally,since I studied witchcraft, "there are" certain procedures that affects the mind and libido using herbs, chants, spells or such things depending on a case but it is a very broad topic.If there are aphrodisiacs in food there are also anaphrodisiacs(remove libidos), all with concerns to our brain functions.
