I have very similar taste in sushi as you. I also like mackarel, halibut, and white tuna. My favorite Japanese restaurant serves sushi rolls that are very large, and they use much better rice than the usual. Their specialty is mixing 3 kinds of fish into one sushi roll and make it very spicy.
I especially like ika and tako! Very nice texture and satisfying. |

Unagi is my favorite but I will eat almost all of it. There will be times that I will crave it for the longest time and only want that nothing else. I love love love it.I believe that either you hate sushi or you love sushi there is no like. |

Spicy maguro with shredded cucumber, and some sesame seed, or wild smoked Sake with mango or papaya and a block of hard cream cheese wrapped Cali style rolled in sesame seeds. Too many to list, but when we have it at home I do it both of those ways. |

i like uni sushi and ootoro sushi the best.

negitoro is also pretty good. i also enjoy ankimo, saba and ikura as well.
I would prefer it without the rice, though, so i would really prefer sashimi to sushi. |
