Its a cyclical thing for me. I have had problems with sleeping before and right now, it seems to be just okay. And maybe after this, I'll be having problems again. But I always managed to wake up at the same time, with or without proper sleep.

I'm not sure if its depression that leads to irregular sleeping patterns or the irregularity itself is depressing.

i used to have perfect dreamless sleeps (or if there was any, they were good sweet ones) up until three years ago. after that it was nightmare after another. no more sweet dreams, no more dreamless nights. i occasionally have mild insomnia, but lately i have been sleeping like pig, so that's good. i still have odd dreams.

have you ever dreamed and wake up smiling to yourself? i used to. not anymore.
have you ever dreamed and wake up with tears rolling down your cheeks? i only ever once when i was five years old up until and since three years ago, i have lost count.
