I sleep with the lights off. I prefer it being dark when it's time to sleep. So does my little puppy who puts his paw over his little eyes when he's trying to sleep in his basket and the lights are hendering him. He's so cute. :-)

depends on the situation. there are times that calls for lights on and most of the time its lights off.

I sleep with my lights off, i can sleep better, and not have to "look" around when i sleep, it'll probably take me longer to fall asleep. haha

my main light is always off. However, the PC in my bedroom is like a lighthouse in the dark - with all the LEDs in the casing and modem turning on and stuff.
