I am constantly confronted by a tumultuous storm within me. There are a couple of issues I am dealing with at the moment.

Typically, I come across a person in need, I'd give myself up to help. It's a wonderful thing I know, but sometimes I give too much. And there isn't any left for me. And the list goes on and on...
I need to slow down and reassess the situation. I wish to take a breather. (whew)

yes. you see, i have a temper... thank heavens for friends who are my calm amidst the storms.

but i do try my best to loosen up and work on my temper and gaining control over my emotions. anger, after all, is self-destructive.
