Jedi Sapiens

Do you think that having a girlfriends is actually a profitable long term investment but with high risk?

Before you married you spend a lot of money to entertain and pampered her and the funny thing is that it's the other way around when their are married they are willing to spend more money than you for the family. This is the trend in our country.
Additional Details
yup you pay all the expenses before the wedding but after the wedding they are willing to pay for everything

I would said it is a risk. See if you and your girl friend sense that both of you are not suitable to each others, then breaking the relationship is a release rather then a burden. Since you have a good time with your girlfriend, what ever the money you had spend should be worth of it

If you married a woman and later think she will help you with money then you are "pimping " her....you should treat women with respect and unconditional love..

CupCake
I am a married woman, but i want to answer this question.

I dont look at my spouse as an investment. I thank God that i could share the rest of my life with someone as wonderful as him. I dont see him in monetary viewpoint. I love him too much to take his financial aspect into account.

Beeg Juan
Um, you pay before the wedding and you pay after.
Not sure why you think profitable enters the picture anywhere.

MERI KRISMAS
is it?

No gf & wife temporary.

GarisHalus
hmm ... not agree ... my opinion is having a girlfriend is "good for health" ...and having a wife can cause u "immediete trauma" ... having wives ... can cause u migraine ...

Groovychick101
Girlfriends and relationships in general should never be seen in terms of financial investment, thats missing the point.

pete1ny
i don't think it is profitable to think about love as money

Depends on how much value you put on your own mental stability, as well as how well you feel alone. Granted all guys lose mental stability when paired with females, its just for some the payoff of being with a female and being B****ed at is greater than that of being alone and living life a virgin.

Cali Lady
Sure they are. If your plan is to have them birth a tribe who will till the soil, harvest the crop and feed the herd. You'll be a rich man.

But, if you are dating to find that special someone, you will be an emotionally wealthy man. And when you are emotionally wealthy, you have great health which is TRUE WEALTH.

Be real. Be happy. Be you.

Well.. You also hope to have a nice wife who cares for the family too, right? When she spends on the family you can save your own money.
