I've been there. it's beautiful. it's not an easy place to back back around and try to get around fast, but if you're gonna go a few places and chill, it's great. highly recommended. |

Thailand is a great country with lots to see and do:
- visit the beautyful temples
- take an elephant ride
- go snorkeling/diving in crystal clear water
- explore dream islands
- enjoy the great nature
- taste the delicious food
- relax under coconut palms and enjoy the friendlyness of the locals |

Yes, actually going there in March for 6 weeks.
I know Songkran starts April 13th and its lots of fun.
I feel the need to visit Thailand constantly but this feeling will soon fade when I move into my newly purchased condo, once building has completed. |

Thailand is what you make of it. Some like me really enjoy it. I have been there many times, I have been to the North (Chaing Mai), been to the East (Nakhorn Phanom, That Phanom) to Bangkok, Bangsaen, and once even to Pattaya.
I have ridden elephants, hiked the mountains, drank Chang, eaten som tam and Kai mot, gotten soaked at Songkran, watched c*ock fights, spent a night praying in a wat and loved a Thai. If I died today, I'd die happy. |

I spent more than 8 years all over many places in the world and decided to stay in Thailand, as have been for the past 14 years.
Know a lot about it, what do you wanna know? |

Bangkok in particular would be fun. Rama, the tour of the Buddhist temples, boxing, horse racing and the food. So much to enjoy. A trip by train to the bridge over river Kwai... to go north to Chiang O or Udorn. The beaches at Pukit like no other. |

I have been to Thailand and it was on of the best experiences in my life. I went back packing in the hills and stayed with local tribes. It was really eye opening for me and i learned so much about the unique culture. And, to top it off, the food was amazing. I stayed in Chiang Mai, the city too and OMG, the food was sooooooooo good and so was the shopping. So, wherever you go in THailand, it will be an incredibe experience. I also went to the beach there, the most crystal clear, warm water ever!!! GO TO THAILAND. You wont regret it!!! |

No never want to go back again. Was there during the declining years of Vietnam. To many bad memories still exist of my buddies in bags and I stand there alone wondering why. |
