Its' sand dunes and mummies rival that of Egypt.

Its' ecotourism adventures rival that of New Zealand or Costa Rica.
Its' diving spots rival that of the Pacific Islands.
The beauty of its people rival that of Venezuela or Latin American countries.
Its' religiosity and Catholic splendor rivals that of Italy.
Its' mountains rival that of Switzerland and Canada.
Its' culture is a mixture of the West and the East.
It has English as one of its' official languaes - and nearly all can speak English, from the mixed Filipino-American businessman elite to the lowly fisherman.
Plus, the beauty and diversity of its' 7,107 kaleidoscopic islands really makes you wanna go back. It's nightlife is the most vibrant in Asia, the shopping is excellent - there are even more European and American brands here than in Singapore or Hongkong. Cellular phones, IPods, and MP3 players for less than a fraction of the price you get inother countries.
And, it's more safe in the Philippines than in New York City.

Now, there's no reason why NOT to go!

it is a very beautiful country.

the things that you'll hate are it's dirty in most cities,lots of beggars and lots of hold-uppers..

but when your grow up in a counrty like the philippines you'll get use to it too,like living in NY,it is the most awesome state ever but there's a lot of crime in there and there's the ghetto..

Yes, I've stayed there for 6 years for two yrs. of highschool and 4 yrs. of college. Philippines is a very nice country.. I want to tour the whole Philippines first before I get to tour the whole world with my family because Philippines has so many hidden treasures that has never been discovered yet.
If you haven't been there I would highly recommend you to visit Philippines.

i live Manila and i've been to a lot of places in the Philippines like boracay, cebu, palawan, bohol.. batangas.. etc..

i've been to bali and other beaches.. but nothing compares to the Philippines...best time.. best beaches

Once in my dream I was in Philippines and 23 girls were chasing me. Then I got up in swet. Told my dream to my mum and she told me that I should open the window while I am sleepin coz she said that the smell in my room changes the weather in the house. Because I eat too much before I sleep and that makes me fart every 4 min. So if you accept this I was in Philippines.
