Does bad behaviour associated with bad physical appearance?

I think it's their inferiority complex that make them behave badly.
And the complex may not necessarily due to their physical appearance. Could be their lack of education compared to the person they are bad-mouthing, or adverse financial status, lack of skills, etc.

Your hypothesis is not very correct lah..actually bad behaviour came from within... if they have a very bad heart.. even they have beautiful or nice looks..it shows very precisely...a person with a good heart always have a very glowy and enlighten face..like berseri2 gitew.. unlike the other side..very the udang disebalik batu...

But then again it has more to do with one's inner emotions & self control.

Take for example back thn. in my all girls high school. There's this class full of tall lanky girls. Their ambitions to be super models & famous actresses/etc. Thus they emphasize on their looks a lot & usually filter out ppl. & their hobbies - label ppl. as fat, dark, geek, weirdo & snacks or fried food as disgusting. Because they always gave a kind of "superior look" to others so.. other girls ended up hating them.

While the other girls will call them skinny, cicak kobeng or model wannable or gila glamour etc. So being stuck in the middle of these group ain't fun. But lucky I stand by my own principles e.g. fashion sense, food I like & etc.
Despite the fact I have friends from both category, I can't side because of such behavior in the end, it's how you stand up for yourself & have the self confidence.

Leh just like Ugly Betty, the song So Unpretty by TLC, Stupid Girls by Pink! All these also got mock people with good looks here & there. But then again those with good looks also got criticize others.

Everyone have a certain bad behaviour in them but society tends to look down more on ugly person with bad behaviour as compared to someone who is prettier.

Imagine Paris Hilton behaving badly as compared to Amy Winehouse behaving badly. Which one is shunned more by the society?

no idea..if yes..that type of person maybe have a very low self confident and this make they cannot see a beautiful side of their self.

...people tend to judge by appearance...so its good to look presentable...but still,,,,no one's perfect...

No. I know beautiful people that have really bad behaviours. They also do comment on the not-so physically gifted people. Thry can be very cruel.
In a nutshell, good & bad people come in all shapes & sizes...looks included.

Honestly, i've noticed this too, a lot of the ugly people i know have some personality flaws, more excessive than the good looking people i know, The good looking people are more smiling and enjoy going out, where the ugly ones like to complain and are very defensive
