If you pull it out, yes. If you let it come out by itself, not much and only for a second or two - and it doesn't bleed.

I was way too small to remember ... according to my nanny, I was biting at a plastic bag containing keropok ... the next instance, she saw blood on the plastic bag but she can't find my loose tooth anywhere ... whether in my mouth or outside ... I guess my mom heart hurts and not me when she got the news as most likely I swallowed my first loose tooth ...

haha nice. Love the catagory too. Well, yeah it'll bleed a bit especially if you pull it out before it's ready. But if a tooth just falls out then the gum will have new bone coming so it won't bleed very much if at all.
