Filipinos abroad... What are the top 5 food items you look for when on vacation in the Philippines?

What are the 5 food items that your taste buds absolutely must feel during your first 3 days of vacation in the Philippines?

I'm leaving for Manila in 16 days and already I've made food requests to my mom (who flew to Manila a month ago)...

1. Laing - the spicy kind, lots of coconut sauce and I want to be able to see the red chili on it (makes it more appetizing).
2. Giant shrimp in coconut milk - the ones that are as big as my hand (and from the amount of meat it has, they're more like mini lobsters, really). Last I've heard, a kilo of that costs 1,200 pesos... but as long as you only get to eat it on vacation then it's not a sin. Lotsa chili there, too.
3. Tuyo, sweet tocino and red eggs - for breakfast, nothing beats this trio.
4. Kare-kare - the kind that has a cow's stomach linings in it and all those otherwise disgusting animal parts thrown in. And a generous amount of spice and sweet alamang.
5. Hen-Lin siomai and siopao - Anyone who's ever tasted siomai and siopao at Hen-Lin would understand my addiction to this dimsum treat. OK, so they had a scandal involving the filling in those siopaos and the amount of pork-fat in their siomais... BIG DEAL!!! But hey, we all gotta die sometime, right?
