i'm a filipino with a filipino parents. yes my mother is the best one. hardworking and faithful. and i dont want these foreigner just come to our country and marry a filipino because of this attributes. i just hope that they marry someone (filipino or not) who really they love not for another reasons.

Oh yes, I Love when I get these Questions. I am an African American married to a beautiful (inside and out) lovable, charismatic,fun,loyal and respectable filipina. I am blessed to have her in my life. I thank God for her. We have 2 beautiful kids together and I could not be any happier. I really found a good filipina and I would not trade her any other woman.
We are 6 years apart (she being younger). My height is 6feet and 2inch tall and she is 4 feet and 10 inch tall. Our hearts and mind match very well and that is what counts.
I accept and understand the filipino culture and do not want to lose my wife for anything.
In my past journey before I have met my wife, I had numerous experiences with different kind of filipina women out there. Yes, some can be very cunning and deceptive. It takes wisdom and experience to know the true intention of the filipina woman.

Sooo-you are one of those that want a foreign girl, your preference being Filipino fo they are exotic,pretty but the keywords here are "good Housewife,...faithful ...and a good mother."By itself are good attributes buit I bet the hidden words are OBEDIENT, COMPLIANT-the ones you do not mention but are the main qualities you'd want in a SUBMISSIVE Woman. Many men ,American and European import these woman as wives for most are poor and are eager to come over here, with promises of love and the good life but most that do come and marry these men end of virtually prisoners and at the mercy of these men who also control all in their lives and the majority do not find love or the good life and although poor were free and not restricted and not given the freedoms that American women expect,demand. and claim being American. Also in those societies the man does dominate but the phillipino man mostly also gives the woman LOVE which is lacking in most of these opportunistic marriages.The qualities you mention are to be found in the women here too but then the womn here expect equality in their relationships. It is well documented that the majority of these women ,not just filipino but those from Russia and the then Soviet Countries of Europe also end up as being used sexually ,abused and kept as virtual prisoners-discouraged from having friends but isolated for that enables the man to have control since these women are made dependent on the man for everything. These are not good and honorable men and lucky are those women that eventually have and use the opportunity to get away.Perhaps you are the excption and have honorable and decent motives-I do not know but just conveying here of what I'm aware of as the norm.

Some yes, some no. I found my "right one" but of course not everybody is so lucky. My opinion is that a man is much more likely to find a perfect wife in Philippines than any other place in the world.

I've been married to my Filipino wife for 10 years now. She is an excellent mother, and faithful. Most Asian woman are conservative in nature, but that doesn't mean they will be a slave to you. An Asian woman will not argue with you in public, but you best treat her with respect as a good husband should or you'll get it once your behind closed doors. Marriages are a team effort with both spouses constantly feeding it. Always remember that.

First of all don't presume that because a girl is pretty she is the right one. Under that pretty face could lie evil incarnate. Women do not have to be pretty to be hard working,faithful and good house wives. Women certainly make better mothers than men. Do all of the above apply to you? Are you hardworking,faithful house husband and will you be a good father?
So Oracle, the things you say are probably true about some of the men who marry Filipinas or women from the Soviet countries. Or it that the men are getting tired of "loud mouthed liberated women" and are actually seeking a quiet woman who will make a perfect companion and wife? No man should be allowed to treat a woman the way you describe.
There are always two sides to a coin. What about the Filipinas who, by using their beauty and sex appeal, trick the foreigner into marrying them and then proceed to rob them of everything they have.
I am married to a Filipina, and like BIG P, am extremely happy. My wife is not locked up or looked down on. I encourage and insist that she makes friends.

I don't think what you are conveying is the norm. these men are probably only a small percentage while the majority would be lonely men who have probably been hurt by their liberated ex-partners and who are looking for someone to grow old with.
