as of 6:30pm today,

- it is in Glorietta 2
- yes, it is due to a bomb, not lpg
- 8 dead, 89njured

Glorietta 2 is severely damaged. Effect of the blast reached the G/F of Park Square 2 and up to the 3rd floor of G2. Even ripping the roof off in some portions.

It is the most inhuman thing a person could do. Those responsible should be sentenced to death 10X over!!!.

I am really appalled! Why can't we all just move forward together? Why are there still people bent on pulling down the country's growth? Are they even aware of the effects of what they are doing?

I am just thankful that this did not happen during rush hours or during weekends.

God bless the Philippines! let us all pray for our country and for the those injured and killed by the blast.

It is confirmed that 8 people have actually died and over a hundred are injured from the blast. I was there earlier because I run a store on a different wing however what happened was it felt like an earthquake was happening along with a thunderous sound. Then somebody starts screaming "FIRE!!" So everybody left in panic. I know though that a catwalk was obliterated and the floor of Glorietta II has a crater in it now

They just air it in time, but it's in Glorietta 2. There are 2 dead on the spot and lots of them wounded. They are still investigating what's the reason for it.

it's glorietta 2 at about 1:20pm. as of 2:30pm, 4 are confirmed dead and estimated 40-45 people injured...

I don't know about anyone else, but I sincerely hate the spawn of radical Islam called terrorism. Yes I know they did not invent it, but they have taken it to new levels.

My heart goes out to all the victims of terror and this bombing too. God bless us all.

I know some 3rd year highschool students from our school went to Glorietta, and they said they're okay. nasugatan lang naman sa paa sa kakatakbo and were traumatized by the sight of bloody people.

This is a tragedy......sadly it will be repeated somewhere else soon.....terrorists will use the holidays to strike fear in the hearts of the people....and demonstrate how the government is powerless to protect you.....

it was actually G2, more than 10 people died, it was a C4 explosive, according to the police. Was there at 140 pm. Traffic in makati was terrible

but the total # of casualties is 8... so maybe 4 of them died on the spot...

and 89 injured...
