1 - According to the Christian religion as I understand it...
"God" is not a person, and there for is not necessarily either sex. In the Bible, however, God is referred to again and again as "He," so take that as you will. Jesus, said to be God's son, according to the Bible was a man.
2 - Who told you you must pray to God every day? It's not required by law (at least, not in the U.S.. I can't speak for all nations). If you pray daily or accept a religion it's your choice and your choice alone. Pray if you want to. If you don't want to, don't. |

saying prayer is trying to make a personal relationship with God. the choice is up to you how often you wish to talk to God. i would not even try to figure out which of the sexes is God. There is only one God so i suppose gender is the least relevant characteristic of God. that said, im sure you are aware that we usually refer to God as Him. and that itself, suffices. |

There is no gender when we speak of God because He is a pure spirit. We pray to God everyday because we need to know him, to love him, to serve him and to be happy with him forever in heaven when our time comes to an end. We need God in all our ways and we will not be here on earth if not for God who loves us. God is our loving Father and as children we depend on him in all our needs, material, spiritual, moral, etc. |

The Divine is Male, Female, Both, or Neither, depending on the aspect we are describing. The actual presence of the Divine is beyond all categories and yet includes all categories.
You do not need to pray everyday. I myself do pray everyday--because my cause for prayer, my gratitude for my life but also my doubts and uncertainties about my life--are part of my everyday experience. Through cultivating an ongoing, everyday, personal relationship with the Most Sacred, however you understand the Most Sacred to be, you deepen in your own spiritual life. |

Allah also says: “He created the pairs, male and female.” [Sûrah al-Najm: 45]
Attributes of gender are meanings that are dependent on a specific relationship to something else, specifically of a sexual nature. This is what gender literally means. There is no meaning to being “male” in the absence of something “female” and vice versa.
Gender, by definition, is a sexual orientation of something in relationship to some other gender. This will be the case, even if we entertain the possibility of genders other than male and female. Therefore, it is clear that Allah does not have a gender. He is the One. He begets not.
The same can be said for fatherhood and sonhood. There is no meaning to being a father except in relationship to a son or daughter. There is, likewise, no meaning to being a son except in relationship to the existence of a father.
Allah is the Creator of both sexes. We do not attribute being male or being female to Allah. We negate all attributes of deficiency. Allah begets not. He is one. We describe Allah as He describes himself and as His Prophet (peace be upon him) describes Him.
And Allah knows best.

no one knows whether god is male or female..its an unknown fact..one can only imagine that god is more powerful being than us, humans.
we prayed to god everyday because we believe in some ways, He will helped us in ways that humans couldn't posibbly help..for instance..a miracle happens in life or death situation.. a newborn life..humans do give births but He is the one who'll give the newborn a life..
lastly..He will be the one who will listen to all of your complains and also your hope & dreams..not all things can be talked to your friends rite..even if his/her is your bestfriend.. |

God is all of us. Generally refered to as "He". But the best way to explian it is that when God created man, he created him in is own self image. So readign the bible, Adam, a man was create first. Therefore we assume the God is a man. Woman cam later.
We pray to God because he asks us too. He wants us to have a personal relationship with him. How better to be close to him than to talk to him everyday! |

The main purpose of praying to God is to remind us of HIS advise, practice it so that to bring peace and happiness to everyone.
There is no point praying to God when one keeps committing crimes, sins etc without remorse and taking corrective actions ... It is merely hypocrisy ... |

Sometimes girl.. so when she's upset she creates tantrums and cries like crazy and there comes the rain.. Sometimes boy.. when he drinks too much beer.. he pisses like crazy and there comes the rain again.. acid rain, maybe..
Sometimes animal.. so English people have this saying: rain cats and dogs..
Why we pray to God everyday? Because you can't pray to a dog..
