I am definitely afraid of cockroaches but i don't consider it as a phobia.

By the way, the term for "fear of heights" is ACROPHOBIA.

Acrophobia can be dangerous, as sufferers can experience a panic attack in a high place and become too agitated to get themselves down safely because. They will feel a spinning sensation even if they are just looking down from a high place.

Acrophobia is the fear of heights. My brother had it before (he claims that he had conquered it already).

For me, I am damn afraid of dogs, especially stray dogs. I might cry if I see that I have to pass through them. That is called cynophobia.

I, too, am afraid of heights. It's called acrophobia. I can't look down whenever I am in high places...I get dizzy and feel that I am falling down. I also feel cold and sweaty. So, whenever I am in such place, I avoid looking down.

I dunno if I have the same phobia as yours but I get dizzy when I stand on a higher place.

I am so freaking scared of bugs, worms and the like. I also don't know the term for it.

Another one for me is hydrophobia - fear of water. Specially, the sea/ocean. :(

I'm afraid of the dark! it's so creepy! I can't help imagining ghosts! I like having the lights off and having a simple lamp (that's romantic sigh.....) but then again I have to open it because I'm scared of the dark =(

I'm also afraid of cockroaches especially those that can fly! their just so creepy! =(
