Not so big on lips, but ears are definitely hot, Belly button is hot, but the ultimate is a tongue ring. You know you can by tongue rings that vibrate? Imagine the possibilities with that one. :) I have my nipples pierced, as did my ex gf, and we had way fun with those too.
