I have been in Hong Kong several times. I have also gone to China just north of Hong Kong after waiting three days for approval. I forget the name of the special zone for that. It was different but good prices to do things. People are not very open about telling you much. Hong Kong people were friendly, usually could find someone to help with English. American style food is available there like KFC and Pizza Hut.

China is wonderful. The people are friendly. The country is amazing. There is something new everyday, even if you don't leave your home city much.

I'm born in China. I wanna go back to visit...It's a great place with a lot of history (5000 yrs). You could spend a decade there and not visit every attraction, unlike those tiny countries like Italy.

China is great..if you want to visit, you'll probaly want to visit the Great Wall.....Their people are really kind and loyal....

China is HUGE and it's population is huge as well. They have many ethnics groups, even several dialects within its borders.

Hard to describe it in one big group.

Look up touristic website about the area your interested in and you should be all set
