me i always see that in my country before, philippines..
there was this weird experience of mine when i was a kid.. in our street it was raining and when i went to the next block it was'nt at all, not a single drop..
and their is also a mythical story behind the rain comind down on a sunny day.. in our country this mean that there is a marriage
of TIKBALANG, half man half horse being...
but for me i called it magic.. because i can see raindow afterwards.. |

yes i have. my aunt said once that a "tikbalang" was being married to a priest when it's raining while the sun is out. hahaha and i actually believed in it. i was so stupid then. nothing has changed since then. |

Yes, I've seen rain pouring on sunny days...a lot of times. In Bisaya, we say "uwan init, pista sa langit". Translation: rainy, sunny (day), heaven is having a feast. |
