Have you ever crave for a Filipino food so much, you can actually smell it?

I am suddenly craving for ginamos - the Visayan version of "bagoong". I suddenly "smell" it, making me want it more.

Hmmm, I am imagining my small bolinao swimming in salty grayish sauce with a hint of calamansi.
Additional Details
wi-skier..di po ako buntis. nakamiss lang ang ginamos =)

(i'm not expecting, just missing "ginamos")

Rainy season in Philippines remembers me of "tambo" bamboo shoots with coconut milk, "saluyot", okra, corn and dried fish or shrimps.

I'm craving for it and I can smell the coconut milk. Hmmm.

Oh, I missed that one. But, a more flair in Eggplant salad.
Grill the eggplant, peel the charred skin, cut into bite size pieces. Combine with coconut milk, slice ginger, spring onions, ginamos and pepper to taste.
Hmmm, I can taste it now. I may have to make one for dinner.

Actually, right now, I have a craving for chicharon (from Carcar) and fried danggit! ;-)

Yes, and not only kalamansi but also some ripe tomatoes and with fried fish (I like molmol best)...I couldn't ask for more. I also like "adobao" which is a mixture of chicken and pork marinated in soy sauce and vinegar with peppercorns and minced garlic. Then, fry both meats first and slowly add the marinated sauce, bring to a boil and then add the peppercorn and wait for the meats to become tender and voila! It's a feast fit for myself. Thanks for the happy thoughts.

Crackerass
I can't really smell it, but the thing I miss most ---> FRESH BUKO!!!!!!
