Percaya tak, I'm malay, 10 A straight in SPM, band 6 MUET yet no JPA? (I guess it's not about the race). And oh yeah, never got MRSM also even though UPSR n PMR equally good....(now in uni, still working part-time). Maybe I need to Mandi Bunga lah...I'm always in a very bad luck!
My mom told me last yr that a friend's sis got 2As in SPM got a JPA to Japan...so jealous! Y'know, she couldn't even speak English in the Interview, but when they ask her "Why'd you want this scholarship?" She answered, "My mom's very poor, And I pity her working hard for me everyday." Erm...either the interviewee are crying a river...or she got some kabels! lol... |

Getting a scholarship is not easy we all know that. To have someone to sponsor lagi la susah.
What you can do is to get a job, and go for part-time learning at institutions like Open University where the fees are more regulated to your income. The courses are quite okay la... unless you wanna take some courses on how to mutate a rabbit to become human then sorry la... cannot help. |
