Practically the whole of Tagaytay was enveloped in fog this morning. Lovely. The temperature was down, and the wind was blowing. I thought there was a strorm. Monitoring the weather reports, I heard there was NO typhoon, although it feels very much like there is. PAGASA (the weather bureau) says the gloomy weather is caused by the cold front.

In Cebu, we had gray skies but the rain didn't fall. It should have been cool but no. It was as warm as ever. Then at about 5 in the afternoon, the whole province experienced black out...something to do with the Leyte hydroelectric connection. You know that the province of Cebu gets part of its electric power supply from the province of Leyte. Anyway, I hope that the coming month of December will be much cooler as it usually is. Well, I hope you had a very nice day yourself.
