sometimes its hard to bite one's toungue, but one definitely learns to bite it when they have truly and unintentionally hurt the one's they truly love. by then, one learns great to control one's feisty, harsh and deadly lashes on someone. a lot of introspection would also do (an inventory of personal imperfections, shortcomings, weaknesses and 'sablays' in life) these will make us bound to our own ground that we have nothing to boast of and nothing to be arrogant of.
hope this helps. |

If you want to tame your tongue...you have to tame your mind.
Sweetness and goodness could be expressed more by your actions. We converse primarily verbally, but it would be more effective if you do it physically and emotionally.
As what they always say...Action speaks louder than words.
Hope this helps. |

Make chocolate your business. We'd have a line of chocolate bars, chocolate drinks, M&M types, Kisses, all sorts. As owner and entrepreneur, you'd also get the job of the Tester. We'd talk of nothing but chocolates all day to promote our product, and after every meal, we'd have our favorite desert. Can you guess what it is?
And we'll always entertain guests to further market the products. And no matter how abrasive they may be, when we serve them our delightful product, they'd soon be forgetting their woes and we'd be sweet talking with each other pretty soon.
So, how about a Chocolate Factory? |

Bite the tip of your tongue each time you say or speak something bad. That will teach your tongue to behave. |

Live in a fantasy world where there aren't any other people.
The sweetness and light are slowly leaving this world. |

When you have the urge to open your mouth, bite on your tongue & hold it shut as long as you can. When the emotions have slipped away then you can let it go & say something, & hope that it will come out sweet, good & nice.
Or if all else fails, just go around singing beautiful songs all day.

PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT. I ALWAYS ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT NOTHING COMES OUT TO MY MOUTH BUT SWEET AND KIND WORDS.,,,AND THROUGH PRACTICE I STARTED TO BECOME THAT PERSON FOR REAL WITHOUT BEING "PLASTIK" OR HYPOCRITE.
I AM OR WAS (i DUNNO LATELY) ALWAYS KIND, SOFT SPOKEN AND ALL THE GOOD STUFF..BUT AS I AGE (OH NO!) I STARTED TO BE MEAN IN WORDS OR EVEN IN DEED.... |

things that merely aim to hurt and solely intend to malign others should forever be left unsaid.
but there are things that is not sweet neither pleasant to the ears, but should be spoken by all possible means..the truth doesnt always come in its prettiest form, sometimes it is ugly and repugnant - yet it has to be declared.
who would want to live in a world of sweetness and goodness and lies? A man cannot be righteous, if he only expresses the things that other people would like to hear- he'll be popular and loved though - but he can never be just. |
