Just ignore them. My fiance has a ponytail longer than my hair and a full beard. His parents kept saying he'd never get a descent job if he didn't cut his hair and trim his beard. Now he has a great job with great benefits that he loves. :) Guys with long hair are sexy [bald guys too]

Just tell them you like it the way it is, and please leave you alone because you are NOT going to cut it no matter how much they ask you.

If they don't like the way it looks, then they should find something else to look at.
