I find that listening to music while doing yoga helps a lot. I used to take martial arts, for seven years, but I've stopped that, and thinking back, the deep meditation and physical obstacles that I had to endure really helped me to de-stress. i wouldnt suggest punching anything. you could break your hand that way. i usually read a book, take a hot bath, or do yoga. writing in a journal helps too. |
