Go for a walk, go for some fresh air, away from the place where I got mad,
from the people that made me mad or from the thing that made me angry.
I try not to speak in anger, words spoken in anger causes more trouble. But I go somewhere where there are no people and shout out my anger.
I used to throw things around but sometimes something gets broken
then I regret it, so I don't do it anymore. Besides, I am the only one
who will clean up the mess.
Visit a place of solace, the church. It is so peaceful there. I share
with Jesus my anger, ask Him to take it away from me. Then I feel
better when I leave the church.
I talk with my husband, he is very understanding and listens to me.
His arms around me gives me a soothing effect. Or talk with my
best friend. |

Hi, I used to stay away from what causes my anger, I get rid of it. Depending on the possibility, I go to the mall. Sometimes I do count deep breathings(inhale/exhale) for at least 20 times it helps. And at night, if you still do have feeling of resentment, watch 700club from Qtv11 at 11pm., you'll feel much better. |

when i'm upset, i express my anger and frustration through cursing, A LOT.
i don't think it's bad, i see (and hear) it as healthy cursing
but that's just my way of expressing anger
i find it pretty effective since actually harming things would be worse
so that's how i do it [:
though my friends don't like it so sometimes i warn them when i feel like i'm about to get upset |

Extremely angry? I wouldn't advise u to do what I sometimes do.
- throw and deliberately break things
- scream/quarrel/argue intensely
I have to vent my extreme anger in order for me to calm down. Not good at all. Other times I just clam up totally. |

I'd leave the office, walk a few blocks to my flat, get my guitar and start to sing out loud:
"Pasumpa-sumpa ka pa, tangna ka!
Na ako'y 'yong iiibigin, tangna mo!"
(to the tune of La Historia De Un Amor)
or, songs of that sort. |

I go to my room and stay there till I cool down. Sometimes, out of frustration over my temperament, I just cry and let the tears wash away my anger.
I am not fit to go into tantrums. What, an old lady going berserk? What will the neighbors say? Not done. |

1. Squeezing random objects close to me :$
2. Screaming into my pillow :$
3. Sitting, back against the wall and just thinking.. :$
4. Listening to music, that I can relate to in my life :$
5. Throwing random objects :$
I find number 3, and 4 to be most effective. While 1, and 5 don't really do much except I tend to break things when this happens. and 2. well, that just really releases my anger and frustration when things go really wrong.
Try comfort food. |

Get a drink, no alcohol of course, close the door and play your Ipod's favorite music while sitting in your office. I usually feel relaxed after about 3 songs so that is about 10 minutes. It may be longer for others so take your time. If you feel sleepy, go for it. It even calms you more if you get a nap. |

A bucket of San Mig Lites would do the trick. That or whack on some Linkin Park and start having a go at a punching bag. Which ever suits your fancy I guess. |

it's only a matter of time... eventually, you'll find a way to calm down... just bring it out, it's healthy, don't keep it inside... I know what you feel... cry, scream, punch the wall, that's normal... you'll be fine... |
