wash it with soap everyday!
seriously now. the best and proper way is to:
- store eggs away from onions and other food that gives strong odor as they are easily tainted by odor.
- do not wash eggs. if washing is necessary due to excessive dirt, the washed eggs should be air dried on its surface before storage or cooked right away.
- in storage, keep the blunt end of the egg up. it is the part most prone to spoilage. |

You're being cheeky, allan....nwey I'd still answer it technically, I'd say I'll handle them delicately and put them straight in the fridge to avoid salmonella. On the other hand, which I presume makes it more interesting...LOL, since I'm an XX (chromosomes) then I'd say, I can't be bothered with handling any extra baggage, LOL. And if we're still talking bout THE last but not the least eggs, then I'd say I'd rather set my sights on the main dish rather than the appetizers..LOL! Now u've certainly made me cheeky.... |

Very carefully.
Once in a restaurant with so many nationalities, we were asked by the waitress how do we wants our eggs handled. Some answered, sunny side up, well done, boiled, fried etc. I answered, with Batangueño accent, "Ala eh, hawakan mo laang at masarap na yan." (Hey, just hold it and it will suffice.) |
