It depends who the woman is ....If she is a stranger I would take it as a compliment make my presence known and move on!! Although I wouldn't take it lightly if it was somebody who knew not to overstep their boundries!!!!
It also depends on your husbands reactions is he flirting back?? This is key cause if so you have to take it out with him as the woman may be single *in which case she is able to flirt with whomever she pleases....technically* But your Husband is not and should NOT be disrespectful in this way!!

my husband is very blunt. when we are at parties and a woman approaches him in a flirtatious way, he simply tells her nicely to go away, walks over to me and kisses me or hugs me. he does this even when he thinks i'm not looking. we talk about it when we get home and laugh about it.

Honey let me tell you this, i know that it boils your blood to see a woman flirting with your husband. If he loves you he will either stop her or let her continue and think nothing of it. Men like for women to flirt with them. Don't feel insecure about it. There are going to be a lot of times you are going to see this happen or maybe worse, just because you see something happening doesn't really mean that is what is going on. Eyes can be decieving at times. Aren't you the wife well alright then! You can either be arrogant or shy, and you know what i mean.

Good question,yeah,i feel proud to know that someone liking,flirting to my husband cuz that is a sign that i have good looking husband but my most concern is the reaction of my husband,if he flirting back ,oh! he will know what will happen ,when we get to the house.
