How much $$ do I need to Survive on a trip to macau for 4-5 days?
and I mean survive!! hehe, i just want to visit friends there and looking for cheap places to stay..maybe a hostel if there is any excluding the airfare.. :)..thx
No real cheap accomodations there, so if you are on a shoe string budget, crash with your friends. Food can be reasonable if you stay away from the tourist traps.
Macau is very small geographically speaking. Mostly famous for gambling, adult entertainments, and the newer grand hotels and casinos. A save guess is US$30 per day in addition to accomodation. (i.e. absolutely NO gambling involved)

no youth hostel in Macau, but you can find cheap guesthouses and food is not expensive if you eat like the locals from street stalls or nooddle houses, and avoid the sit-down restaurants for the rich and famous.
