I can't help being like that sometimes...one can only take so much, right?

But I try to curb that behavior now. How?

Just think to yourself "I won't stoop down to your level". Then ignore the person altogether - as if he doesn't exist! Not a good one either but at least you don't mouth less than desirable expletives that will also be a point against you by everyone within hearing distance.

By this time, your officemates surely know what you are capable of doing and what a no-nonsense girl you are. So if you start showing more self-control, I think you'll get even more points in the respect department, what do you think?

There's an advantage of being the office bit.ch. Colleagues and staff may not like you but at least you will always get the job done.

Depending on the type of bitchiness though. If you really bit.ch about other people, then hell is where one should belong but if you just act like a bonafide bit.ch, then to me its okay. Its better than trying to be nice and get trampled upon and still people hate you becoz you look better than them.
