hehe,, i love this question,, thanks for creating awareness among our yammers.
I dont skip my meal,, coz i cant stand hunger. I dont torture my body by starving. i eat whenever i feel hungry.
And i run 6 days a week for 12km each day at 8.00-9.30pm. Never on Sundays. |

Very important to exercise and eat right if you want your body to be fit and stealthy, healthy. You can still treat yourself to oily/sweet/junk food once in a while. Just not too much. |

Well I try to exercise at least three times a week, although it doesn't always happen. I don't think you necessarily have to eat the right food all the time. Having a little bit of the bad stuff every now and then is fine. I think if you deprive yourself of it for too long you will just binge on it later. |

but i still have junk food and go out with friends and have fun, drinking and eating what we like.

I go running a few miles every day. I think that it is very important to exercise every day. It is okay to occasionally eat junk food, but not in excess. |

i think that as long as you have your weight under control and do some sort of exercise regularly that its ok to treat yourself to some sort of sweets and junk food :)
if your not healthy and dont exercise do not eat junk food.. |
