How often do you use your alarm clock to help you wake up on time?

I use the alarm from my iPod. I always like to start a day with a nice tune to pump my day up.

Though I dont set it as much as I use to before. I have an unusual sleeping habit and I always have a 10am date with this chicken that we know.

my hubby's cp's alarm wakes me up most mornings. Any other time that I have to wake up at a different hour earlier than hubby's alarm, I set my own cp.

Haven't used it much in the past 10 years. I hate being changled awake. I hear it click right before it's supposed to go off. I set the time, but not the alarm.
