it depends of what kind of beauty you're talking about... in the Philippines, because of great diversity, there are different kinds of beauty flooding the islands... there are what we call the 'Exotic beauty' (girls that are really beautiful in the sense of strangeness, uniqueness, and being unusual), 'Black Beauty' (these are the girls that have dark-complexion yet very attractive and very pretty), 'Natural Beauty' (girls that are naturally beautiful with or without make-up), 'Fashion Beauty' (girls that are very pretty in the sense of how they move, dress, how clean, and how they fix themselves), 'Mestiza Beauty' (girls that have a foreign-blood parent, usually Caucasian that looks really pretty because of the good combination), etc... etc...
but always remember, 'Beauty is in the Eye' of the Beholder...

they are assorted , really. some are 10 but others are 9, 8, 7 and so on. On the average, compared to other girls from around the world, I'd rate girls from the Philippines a 7. (I'd rate russian girls 10 because I rarely see an ugly Russian girl in tv, movies or the internet.)
