It takes chances if you're hopeless. Get a lottery ticket and see if you win. but don't make this as a habit because it's not really a recommended activity to do just to get millions...

lastly, we cannot just define being a millionaire financially. If there are people around you who love you and who you love back, you are a millionaire....
