drink at least 2glass of water after you wake up in the morning.. don't brush you teeth first.. as soon as you get up.. drink plain water.. practice this everyday.. you'll see the result.. after 15-20 minutes.. you can have your breakfast.. don't forget to eat healthy too..

actually, if you suck in your stomach while you sit, walk, whatever, it will flatten your stomach you exercise those muscles without any real effort but it does work |

My yoga friend taught me the breathing exercise. Don't suck your tummy while inhaling, its the wrong way.
Instead, inhale fully and while you exhale, that's when you contract your tummy muscle. Do exhale and contract slowly, otherwise you might injure yourself.
This breathing exercise allows you to do it anytime and anywhere and if it doesn't do your tummy good, it'll definitely benefit your lungs and oxygen intake.
And don't eat too much of carbs and sugar as it stores fat around your belly.
But then again, nothing beats exercise la... |

I'd suggest flattening your stomach by doing exercises. Babies take naps, so I'd suggest fitting in your exercise routine then. |

But honestly, it's much better to just put in the effort and do some exercise. Some cardio for all over weight loss, and some abdominal exercises [like crunches] to tone.

whenever you sit or stand, just suck your tummy in and hold in that position for as long as you can, then let go.
this help to get your tummy muscle working as good as they are, before you go thru preggo & much more reason that makes you have that kinda of tummy now.
can do it anytime, anywhere.
me, have routinely doing it everyday, while in the office or lying flat before drifted to sleep.
not really that much of improvement if you compare it to full course exercise, but I sure loose 1 inch after 1 month. |

1st. if u are able to stand then don sit
2nd if u are able to walk then don stand
3rd if u are able to sit then don lie down
4th if u are able to lie down then don sleep
they will burn more calories though...
the best is still eat healthy..more vege than meat. perhaps oats as breakfast |

Honestly you really can't. If you starve yourself your body will actually try to hold on to the fat and you won't make progress.
I was able to lose 50 pounds over a 8 month period by changing my diet, but I still have a bit of a beer belly. (I'm just happy it's a beer belly now and not an entire keg!)
I started eating fruits and hard boiled eggs for breakfast, for lunch I would have Tuna (Tuna with Light Mayo and a little relish on wheat bread) and for dinner I would eat whatever I wanted that was healthy.
I did a lot of walking and I have gone from 245pounds to 190pounds. I have also tried to stay active, I joined a sports team and started running now. I'm have the best time of my life with my small beer belly, but again it's no longer a keg! |

Well you must eat right, and by eat right I don't mean just salads and so on, you mustn't eat at night, specially before going to bed, stay away from sweets, and have a good breakfast. Best method to get lean. Oh! and stay away from products that have the ingredients of Corn Syrup! Read about it, it kills you! |

Did you know the best indoor house exercise would be walking up and down a stairs? 5 minute up and down "dah pancit" (I'm flat" - provided if you have any stairs to climb, but if you are really serious enough, use a ladder.) |
