When this fish open his mouth, the only thing I can think of is preparing my kuali, heat 4 tablespoon of oil, chop some shallots, dried chillies, onions an slice some capsicum.
Put a bit of curry powder, half teaspoon is enough, a pinch of salt, some tamarind juice and now for the main course, Flowerhorn.
The crispier you frying the crunchier it taste, the better.
