How true is this: behind a man's success is a woman, behind a man's failure is a woman?

That seems to be true, to a degree. But men ca mess up on their own. I like to say this phrase this way:
"Behind every successful man is a woman backing him up; behind every man's failure is that same man, thinking about a woman!

maybe in some sorts of their lives...as when they were inspired to someone and as when they were broken by someone...i guess! its nt alwys the woman's behind all thse successess and failures of men.

if i read this correctly it 's saying.....behind a man's success is a woman.....meaning she stands behind her successful man... the second part is.... behind a mans failure is a woman..... meaning .....the woman will stand behind her man even through failure...no matter how it is the woman stands behind her man through good times and hard times...i would like to think this would be always true ....but not always the case ...

A successful man needs no backing from anyone. If he succeeded in his endeavors just because there's a woman behind coaxing him, then it should not be credited to him. If he failed in efforts, then it is only because of him and nothing else.

not all success or failures. although it is said that in every man's failure there's a woman, but, in every man's success there is also a woman. there are times in our life were in success or failure, the reason behind that was a woman.

ussualy when a man losses his partner/girl he tends to loose himself as well, he forgets that theres more to life than moving on..im not saying all but some men just self destruct sometimes.

It is unfair to attribute ones's failure to a woman, that means that the man did not have what it takes to succeed in the first place.

To credit the woman for a man's success is good, for that means that the woman gave the man space to grow and be successful - - at the very least she was not a hindrance to his goals.

i think everyone should be acounted for themselves. but i know emotional probalems leak into our lives. so you have someone supporting you then you will rise. where if you are havign problems chances are you wont be that great. but i dont think anyone should be blamed (or pursicute) the woman behind someone.

Yeah... but I mean, it's not always true. Men can be their own failure. They don't always have a woman mess stuff up. They can do that part themselves!
