I think that meeting a filipina is fairly easy. You have many options. Which options you choose is really up to you and your particular circumstances.

One option you can choose to find a filipina is thru an online service such as:

Another option is to be introduced to one by a mutual friend. And the last option that I can think of is that you can go and visit the Philippines (visit places like Baguio, Makati, Davao, and Cebu).
