Thais are lovely people and would welcome you in the midst of any crisis. If I had to be caught in any country in the midst of a coup, Thailand is where I would want to be.

You will be quite safe and yes everything is back to normal, especially shopping!

i'm thai, from bangkok and i also work on khosarn rd.

i can tell u that everything here is very safty and cosy.

we still live as normally as it usually before the coup happened. now the coup is in peaceful,no violent. one thing change is only we will have a new gourverment, that's it.

everythig is still the same, every shops open, also chatuchak aswell.

and of course everythig still the same price as before

here all the fact i can tell u now,but u don't need to believe me.
analize and make a dicision from all the opinions u get, then make your own believe.

maybe see u here.

Everything seems calm at the moment. But you should be careful. Anything could happen if a Premier is rid of the throne. I suggest you wait a few days.

Do not worry! You may go as planned. Things are back to normal and you can enjoy your days...

Even I am staying in Laos but i got updated with Thai channels (TV) from time to time.

Enjoy yourself while in Bangkok. Its really a very nice place to visit.

You are most welcome. Everything just normal. Shops are open and Chatuchak Market is open only on weekend same as usual. Make sure you bring enough cash for shopping. Have a good trip!
