Hah thats normal condition when anyone goes to beach..You better drink loads of water and avoid drinking ice waters or any carbonated drinks. Have a good rest and try to sleep when you feeling dizzy and relax your mind by stop thinking any useless things..besides that its better for you if you off your computer and on your air-con or fan and sit in that particular room.
