Well, you can't just go up to him and say "I have a serious crush on you" and not look like a complete psycho. You have to be coy...Next time you see him, hold his look, and smile. If you are in a group and they are all talking, smile, laugh (not too loudly) and give him a wink. Is he new? Ask him where he's from. If not tell him you've seen him around before, what do you think about ...a new cd, a new movie, a teacher, homework...anything to get him talking. What have you got to lose?

Oh it's been a long time since those days. However, it is much harder to get to know somebody when you have a "crush" because your view of that person is likely slanted. I would cool the crush and then just get to know the person better as a friend first. Then see what happens.

Life is too short. Let him know how you feel and see what happens. It's a perfect time of the year to express your feelings. Give him a cute little gift and wish him happy holidays, and perhaps include a little note saying you've had a crush on him. Who knows what could happen :) Good luck!
