i have some friends who have done this so i'll try to remember what they had to do. the govt requires you to actually go over there and see her. then you have to marry her, here or there, then you have to stay married for five years. if its a marrage of convieniance, the govt will get it out of you and send her back pronto. be carefull, i've known people to get cheated like that.

okay, there are 2 choices:
a) do a petition called Fiance VISA, but this needs proof that you two really have a relationship, if your relationship does exist into some sort of online dating that can be harder to prove so I recommend..... b) come visit her in the Philippines and do the Fiance VISA petition here or marry her.

I don't know. I was born in Philippines and made it here when I was 9 months old. I went by boat. Of course my family and I weren't citizens at the time, so yeah...I'm not sure.... =) just thought I'd share it.

You will have to marry and prove a certain income before you qualify to have her there. Unless you win the lottery, it's maybe better if you live in the Philippines with her. They encourage westerners with money to settle there, and land etc. is cheap, being the way immigration is going in the states you have one tough road ahead and I hope she's worth it to you...

You move there. Don't hate her culture by demanding that she move here. YOU MOVE THERE!! What's next? Are you then going to demand that you live in an all-White neighborhood too?? If you hate Filipinos soo much, why don't you just pass on the marriage? YOU MOVE THERE!!!
