Not sure about 30, but here are some:
1. All the Chinese computer programs automatically change your local settings WITHOUT asking you for any sort of permmion. You never the "Deny" or "Accept" options.
2. Almost all men smoke in China.
3. Eat any sort of food, so you can never expect what to see on your dinner plate and it's considered to be rude if you refuse to eat it or eat it all up and leave the plate perfectly clean.
4. The only things that people talk is about family matters and business.
