Synthetic, that way when I need to get home, *phoomph* mah wings pop out and I fly off. And when I don't need them, they can neatly fold up to a very small size so it's not noticeable.

Of course, a bat's! but PURPLE. It should not flap; it should glide. Retractable at will. Of medium size - a few inches above shoulder and few inches from the waist. And if it doesn't look to bad, a cape too! ala - Super Batgirl! =))

I would like to it to be;
1. long and narrow with round and tapered edges to make it aerodynamically smooth, streamlined in shape to let me fly at maximum speed
2. with super turbo engines on each side, so i dont need to flap it each time.
3. i also want it to be equipped with spoilers. I dont like bruises from faulty landings.
4. and most importantly, i'd want it it be removable and foldable - for easy storage and transport, shall i decide not to travel by air.

Feathery white angel wings. They would be big when I spread them..
I always wanted a tattoo on my back of wings but the black ink would probably make them look kind of evil-ish.
Slow but powerful flaps. Even the word flap sounds too dinky for the majesticness of the wings -- hee hee.

And has a dual purpose, you can fly with it, and hit people when they piss you off :)
