Make your travel base Cebu so you'll get the best of both worlds. You'll get to enjoy the city with its shopping, nice hotels, casinos and nightlife. Then, you're also near the resorts, beaches and pretty easy island hopping (will definitely fit into your timetable). Bohol is just 2 hours away and you can basically give it 2 or 3 days (more if you like it there).

Cebu is in the center of the Philippines so if you wish to go anywhere else you can just fly up north to Manila or down south to cities in Mindanao.

If you are a histroy buff, try to go to Corregidor Island. There is a day trip but you may also opt to stay overnight. There are lot of fun things to do on the island and you will get to enrich your knowledge as well. A lot of foreigners visit it.

Go to Cebu then passby Boracay before flying back to Manila. Plantation Bay in Cebu is the best there and if you dont have enough time to go to Boracay, go to Bohol coz it's near Cebu. The best marine sanctuary and whale watching is in Bohol.

try to come here in Manila... its a city where there is a lot of shopping centers & bazaars which offers BIG discounts during that season. try different kinds of filipino foods & u can also go to china town..... but if u love the beaches then go to boracay

Try Astoria Plaza in Ortigas....they have wonderful services there...been there. It has a pool and gym and almost anything that a couple on vacation would find...plus its near malls...

but if you are looking for nature tripping then try the provinces...^^
