If benar = betul; benar-benar = betul-betul; why is "kebenaran" not the same as "kebetulan"?

P/S: Probably it is a kebetulan that benar = betul. But why is it not same... maybe bcoz it's different spelling?

The answer is the word " kebenaran " is formed by adding article "ke" and "an" before and after the the adjective "benar". "benar" means true but after adding "ke" and "an" it becomes "kebenaran" which means the truth.

The word "kebetulan" is NOT formed by adding "ke" and "an" to the adjective "betul". It is a word by itself and has no connection to the adjective "betul". "betul" means "correct" and "kebetulan" does not mean "correctness". Therefore both "betul" and "kebetulan" are not related to each other

For your information, "betul" does not mean the same as "benar". "betul" means correct while "benar" means true. Their meaning are close to each other but they are not the same.
