Dinner. You should eat breakfast because it gives your body energy to burn throughout the day. Then you can eat a late lunch and drink lots of water throughout the day so you won't be too hungry at night. You're supposed to stop eating after eight PM anyway. |

...I'm a bit naughty and only have two meals a day I tend to skip breakfast other than on the leisurely weekend simply because of the usual morning rush...I get up rush around and never seem to fit in breakfast. |

Breakfast... I usually wake up at 07:30 and eat lunch around 12:00. The gap between lunch and dinner is longer (dinner at 19:30-20:30). |

Dinner... Assuming that you don't do much in the evening cause a lot of people dont...
depends on the time of day that you do the less work is the time when you should skip the meal.
but id always eat breakfast... most important meal of the day. |

Dinner, because your body doesn't need that energy for sleeping. Breakfast I would keep because it's the most important meal of the day, plus skipping it lowers your metabolism. And lunch I would keep because I'm hungry and I need that energy for the last half of the day. |
