First, I will change the seasons in the Philippines (where I am from) from 2 to 4 so that my country will also enjoy winter and autumn aside from summer and spring.

Next, I will segregate lands as to commercial, industrial, agricultural, watershed etc. so that there will be lands to accommodate the needs and wants of the people. One land for one kind of necessity

Last, make the world a cleaner and greener world where everyone is assured of good health.
