i would put breasts on the back of girls too so you have something to feel up while slow dancing.

I would add a back-up cardiovascular pump. I would reinforce cuff joints and knee ligaments. I would allow for better access to stored memory. I would incorporate the ability of the lizards which allows cells to become indifferent so that injury repair, including nerve damage, would become extremely easier. I know that is more, but that will do for now.

I would add a third eye that could see the other realm - the spirits. Improve the human mind and give us the capability to interact with our love ones who went ahead. Add wings that would allow us to go wherever we want, wherever we please. Add gills that we could explore the ocean depths.
